77td Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1 Eligibility and Age Verification

To register and use a 77td account you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial use.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 77td or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming of this nature is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your location.
• You must not be under self-exclusion at 77td or have a currently active account that has been suspended by 77td.

77td reserves the right to require age and identity verification at any stage of registration or account use. Acceptable verification documents include national identity cards, passports and other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in temporary account restriction until verification is complete.

Where age verification reveals that a player was under 18 at the time of registration or any subsequent deposits, all transactions will be reversed where possible, no winnings will be paid, and the account will be permanently closed.

2 Account Registration and Management

When registering your 77td account you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the 77td platform. If you already hold an account with 77td, you must not create an additional account under any circumstances — including using a different name, email address, payment method or device. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances associated with them may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify 77td immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. 77td will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate password security.

77td may require you to verify your account before processing withdrawals. Verification typically requires submission of a government-issued photo ID and, where relevant, proof of your registered payment method. This is a standard requirement to protect account holders and prevent fraud.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the 77td platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposit and withdrawal
• Raast — instant interbank payment system

Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately or within a short processing window depending on your chosen payment method. 77td does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges — consult your JazzCash, E asypaisa or bank's terms for details.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification being complete on your account. Where verification documents have not yet been submitted or approved, your withdrawal may be held pending completion of this process. Once verification is approved, withdrawals are processed within the timeframes stated in your cashier at the time of request.

All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. 77td reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, including proof of the payment method used to deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud and player protection measure.

You must only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the registered account holder — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and reversal of the transaction.

4 Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

77td offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. These may include welcome bonuses on first deposits, reload bonuses, free bets on sports markets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated for each individual promotion.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria — such as minimum deposit amount, payment method used and whether the player has previously claimed a similar offer — are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement is the total amount you must bet using bonus funds before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier for each offer is stated in its specific terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game type is stated in the promotion terms. 5 Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games available on the 77td platform — including live casino, slot games, bingo and any other game products — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these general terms. Where individual game rules conflict with these general terms, the individual game rules apply to gameplay outcomes, but these general terms apply to account management, payments and conduct.

Players must use the platform for personal entertainment only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, spin slots or interact with any game on the platform without genuine manual player input.

6 Sports Betting Specific Terms

The sports betting section of 77td covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 international matches, ODI series and Test cricket — as well as football, esports and other sporting events. The following terms apply specifically to sports betting activity.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked and cannot be changed regardless of subsequent market movements.
• 77td reserves the right to limit, void or restrict any bet where there is evidence of irregular market activity, insider information, match manipulation or any other factor that compromises the integrity of the event.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. During brief data delays, in-play betting markets may be temporarily suspended. Any bets placed during a confirmed data delay period may be voided at 77td's discretion.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets on that event will be settled according to the published settlement rules for each market. Generally, bets on incomplete events are voided and stakes are returned unless a result has already been determined at the point of abandonment.
• Where a market result is determined by a human decision — such as an umpire's call in cricket or a referee's ruling in football — the official decision as issued by the relevant sporting body is final and will be used for settlement purposes regardless of video review outcomes in some formats.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip and vary by market and event.
• 77td reserves the right to apply individual account betting limits at its discretion, including reducing maximum stake amounts on specific markets for accounts that demonstrate unusual betting patterns.

7 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

77td is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports player wellbeing. Every registered account includes the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amount in PKR. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period when increased.

8 Privacy, Data and Security

Personal data collected during registration and account use — including name, date of birth, contact details and payment information — is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention and responsible gaming purposes. 9 Account Suspension and Termination

77td reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion in the following circumstances, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable identity information during registration or verification.
• Detection of fraudulent activity including payment fraud, bonus abuse, use of automated software or collusion.
• A player being found to be under 18 years of age.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for an extended period may be marked as dormant. Dormant account handling is described in the cashier section of your account.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to identity verification being complete. Bonus funds and any wagering-requirement-linked balances will not be paid out upon account closure.

You may close your 77td account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding withdrawal requests that have already been submitted and approved.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the 77td platform — including a bet settlement, payment processing delay or account management issue — please follow the process below:

1. Contact Support Directly — Raise the issue with the 77td support team via the live chat feature available on the platform. Provide your account username, a clear description of the issue and any relevant transaction or bet reference numbers. The majority of complaints are resolved at this stage.
2. Formal Complaint — If your issue is not resolved to your satisfaction through the initial support contact, you may submit a formal written complaint by email to the 77td complaints address. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 48 hours and a full response will be provided within 14 days.
3. Escalation — Where a complaint remains unresolved following the formal complaints process, further escalation options will be communicated to you in the response to your formal complaint.

When raising a dispute about a specific bet or game outcome, the decision of the 77td disputes team is final in the first instance. Where a clear technical error or data feed failure is identified as the cause of an incorrect settlement, 77td will void the affected bets and return stakes. No claim for consequential loss — including claimed profits that would have resulted from a corrected outcome — will be accepted.

12 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 77td regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations or understandings on the same subject matter.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions will continue in full force.

77td's failure to enforce any provision of these terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision on a future occasion.

These terms do not create any partnership, agency, employment or joint venture relationship between you and 77td.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English and apply to all users of the 77td platform. Where any communication from 77td is provided in a language other than English as a courtesy, the English version of these terms remains the binding version.
